Bradford-Rex Educational Consultants Pte Ltd was established in 1994 as a holding company for the following companies:

• Bradford-Rex School of Hospitality & Management
• Bradford-Rex School of Education & Technology

Bradford-Rex School of Hospitality & Management (earlier known as Rex Commercial School) is ideally located in the most vibrant Central location at 1, Sophia Road, #02-07, Peace Centre, Singapore - 228149. The Administrative Department is located on the 2nd floor of the building and lecture rooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor.

Established in 1970 and registered with the Ministry of Education in 1976, Bradford-Rex School of Hospitality & Management remained as a beacon of the Bradford-Rex Group of Schools. It was truly a colorful 30-year history in terms of academic excellence and incredible results especially in international examinations.  Rex is especially renowned for its individual attention and guidance towards academic progression and success. Rex is known for its range of quality programmes in Hospitality, Business and Information Technology, validated by prestigious Universities and Awarding Bodies. Rex has become an international centre of excellence for Hospitality Training and Education

HOSPITALITY DIVISION

The first aim of the Hospitality Division is to provide internationally approved and recognized higher end education to aspiring students in hospitality and management studies. The initial programme being developed is aimed at providing qualified supervisory level staff to hospitality industry and a recognized university of United Kingdom will accredit this programme.

The second aim of the Hospitality Division is to provide short end courses to staff of hospitality and business sectors. These hospitality courses will vary from ½ day to 3 days and will provide in-house training to staff of hotels, restaurants, clubs, resorts, convention centers, etc. The modules, ranging from 'customer service skills' to 'management skills' to 'back to basics", will be taught by our pool of professional consultants and in-house lecturers. The business sector skills will be developed at a later stage.

Bradford-Rex School of Education & Technology (earlier known as Serangoon Computer Training Centre)

Bradford-Rex School of Education & Technology, is the Information Technology wing of Bradford-Rex Educational Consultants Pte Ltd., which was added in 1978 to provide IT and Software courses that were in demand then.

It became the pioneer Approved Training Provider in Singapore for the renowned MACROMEDIA's popular software courses. SCTC was also the Approved Training Centre for the Singapore Computer Society which spearheaded and trained a large number of working adults for the National PC Proficiency Certificate programme aimed at achieving maximum IT literacy among Singapore's working adults. Recently, SCTC became the FIRST private institution to be accredited the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) Test Centre.
