Admission Procedures
Step 1: Admission Requirements:
- Ensure that the applicants meet the entry requirements for the selected courses / programmes offered at Bradford-Rex
- Note: The entry requirements can be found on the individual course brochures
Step 2: Fill up all necessary Forms:
- Assist the applicant to fill up all the following forms necessary for applying student pass
Step 3: Provide necessary documents:
- Pre-course counseling form
- Two (2) passport size photographs with white background
- One (1) photocopy of applicants international passport (pages indicating applicant’s personal particulars)
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- Photocopies of all educational transcripts and certificates of the applicant
- Photocopies of all work experience letters (if any)
- Documentary proof of financial ability and parent’s monthly income statement
- Bank statement (of the applicant / Parent’s or applicant’s spouse)
- Application fee of S$300 per applicant (can be sent via Bank Transfer or Bank Draft)
- Note: All the documents SHOULD be attested by a notary
- Note: If documents are not in English, official translation is compulsory

Note: Please ensure that all documents reach atleast 1 month before course commencement.
Step 5: Acceptance by Bradford-Rex College:
Bradford-Rex College will vet through all applications received and ONLY when all documents and applications are complete, Letter of Offer and Course Fee agreement will be sent within 03 working days. Please sign the Letter of Offer and Course Fee Agreement and scan it back to us by email. to admin@bradfordrex.com.sg. Meanwhile Bradford-Rex will process the application with Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for Student Pass approval. The processing time is 14 working days. However, on a case by case basis, the processing time will be longer.
Step 6: Approval of Students Pass by ICA:
Once when the college receives the In-principal approval (IPA) from Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority, this letter will be forwarded to you to make an entry to Singapore atleast 2 weeks before commencement date as mentioned in the IPA letter.
